I can't launch my DSD Direct Player when I insert an audio CD. I receive an "Unable to initialize the audio device" error message. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, right-click on Computer icon, select Manage and open Device Manager. Expand the Sound, video and game controllers list, right-click on the audio driver and select Uninstall. After that, type dxdiag in the Search programs and files box from the Start menu and open the utility. Click the Sound tab, check your sound card model and download and install the latest drivers available from the developer's web page. Next, navigate to Start > All Programs > SonicStage Mastering Studio folder, open SonicStage Mastering Studio and select the Use DSD mode option. For further details, check the developer's Support page.
Depening on your OS system you can go to the Control Pannel, Then look for Sound Reality ASIO Settings. Now when the window opens you have a buffer size bar at the top of the screen, move the bar all the way to the top and click OK, then DSD should be working again, I just spen ages looking for the answer, eventually I found it LOL
